All sales are final. All items are inspected and packed carefully. If you have a problem with your order and there is no visual damage to the box we ask that you notify us within 3 business days of receiving it. Items that come with dead batteries are NOT considered defective.
We will try to troubleshoot the problem and if it is determined that the item needs to be returned, we will replace it at no extra cost. All defective items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving or no exchange or credit will be given. No refunds are given. Exchanges or store credit will be given for any returned item.
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged by the shipper, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain all packaging and boxing materials until claim has been settled.
