Our policy is to ship within 2-4 business days for in-stock items.  However, during busy times of the year, we may take up to 72 hours to ship.

No back-orders will be sent without authorization from you.

We use UPS or USPS as our shippers.  We use the most reasonable shipping method with all shipments.  If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us directly.

Order pick ups in the store are available during business hours, M-F 10-5:30 and Saturday 11-5   After you place your order please email or call us so that we can arrange a time to have your order ready for your arrival.

We do not ship outside of the U.S.A.
